Can I get a refund? - Refund Policy ExplainedShort answer: Nope, once you sign up, that money's gone faster than a Beatles record in '64. We're clear as day about it when you make an account: no refunds, sorry, folks. Our suggestion? Buy with caution, and if you're not in for the long haul, cancel your sub before it auto-renews. Long answer: Calling off your subscription with us is easier than canceling a cable subscription in the 90s. We've made it so simple to avoid those surprise charges. Remember, it's on you to click that 'cancel' button before your account decides to renew itself. Think of our service like a billboard on the information superhighway for your business. We put your "For Sale" sign up where the buyers can see it. For Sellers: We're not your personal business matchmaker. We can't control if your price is sky-high, your personality is a bit prickly, or your financials look like they've been cooked by Gordon Ramsay. If we did, we'd be charging you a fortune, just like brokers. For Buyers: We can't curate the perfect business to your exact specifications. If you're holding out for a business with a white picket fence, seller financing, and a unicorn as its mascot, well, we can't promise that. We show what's available, not what's ideal. Our promise is to display listings to potential buyers, not to guarantee a sale or perfect match. If we fail to keep your business listing in the spotlight, then, and only then, we'll talk turkey about a refund or a future use coupon: Refund Formula for the Math Enthusiasts: ((Total Price Of Package Purchased) - (Initial Transaction/Processing Fees)) - ((Time of delivered service converted to months) * (monthly cost rate basis)) - (Personnel fees to correspond, investigate and initiate refund) - (Refund Transaction/Processing Fees) = total refund. Or A coupon code for some free time on our platform, for you or a friend. So, keep an eye on your subscription, and let's make sure you're getting what you paid for!

Why BizRetire over a Business Broker?Let's be straight up here, Business Brokers can indeed be helpful. They offer a human touch, a hands-off approach, and advice, which is like having your own personal business selling Yoda. But let's talk turkey. Business Brokers might be your best bet only if: You value your business like it's the lost city of gold only because you've poured your heart into it for decades. Your negotiating style has been described as "a bit much," even by your spouse after 30 years of marriage. If you nod along to these points, and you're ready to part with 15% of your sale for a Broker to hold your hand, then by all means, go with a Broker! However, at BizRetire, we've taken a page out of the old "do it yourself" playbook, but with a twist: Speed of Sale - Think of it like a game of telephone. With Brokers, it's like playing it around the whole neighborhood. With us? You're just whispering directly to the other player. Business Legacy - We know how much your business means to you. The thought of someone else running your baby might make you want to call up Matlock, but speaking directly to the buyer means you can make sure they aren't planning to turn your legacy into a fast-food joint, unless it already is, then they might be perfect! Filtering out the tire kickers - Our buyers pay to play, which means they're not just browsing for funsies like they're window shopping at the mall of America. Non-Public Listings - We keep it hush-hush. The last thing you need is your employees thinking "The Boss" is about to cash out and buy a beach house, or that Ex showing up out of the woodwork. Protection - Our NDAs are tighter than the plot of a good soap opera. Your info is safe. Live Market Evaluations - Forget those old-school valuations that might as well be done with a Ouija board. Here, you get real offers, that can lead you to real changes, meaning real increase in value! Secure - We're hosted by Wix, and they're more secure than Fort Knox, metaphorically speaking. We believe we're the cat's meow for most small business owners. With BizRetire, you save enough cash to not only hire all the advice you need but also to finally get that convertible. You know, the one you've been eyeing since "The Graduate" was the talk of the town. So, why wait? Let's get this show on the road!

Can I just set up my account and leave it? What happens if a Buyer is interested in my Business? You bet! Just like setting the cruise control on your classic Cadillac, you can set up your biz listing and then coast into retirement mode. Now, if some young go-getter gets the hots for your enterprise, here's what'll happen: Email Alert: You'll get an email, faster than the milkman in your old neighborhood. Keep an eye on your inbox (and that pesky spam folder) like you're waiting for your AARP magazine. Text Message: You'll receive a text from our number (520) xxx - x237; it'll hit your phone like a rotary dial call from your best friend. This'll come with the buyer's details, but remember, your privacy is more guarded than the recipe for your famous meatloaf. Just remember you’ll have to call the buyer to come over for dinner, or they'll never know they’ve been selected to come dine! You'll only need to re-engage with your account if you want to: Tweak Your Listing: Kind of like adjusting your antenna for better reception. Delete Your Listing: If you decide you're still enjoying the hustle too much to hang up your hat. Cancel Your Subscription: Easier than canceling someone for something on Social Media. So, set it up, sit back, and let BizRetire take the wheel!
